I agree that there's a double standard with female pedophiles, this might seem extreme to some, but I wish they could be executed.

I hope they kill her in prison...Wow, but many people ask the stupid question "What's wrong with sex?" But unfortunately they'll use situations like this to wiggle their way out because they wouldn't consider doing this (which is a VERY good thing) therefore it's not part of the so-called "healthy" & "good" aspect of sex. I wonder with Evolutionary Psychology what would they say about someting like this? I guess they would consider this an adaptive problem.

Yeah it should be longer, better yet, it would be nice if she was six feet under. It's horrible enough that sexual assault in the U.S. esp. towards children isn't taken seriously, seriously enough to the levels of 1st degree murder and certain other crimes (unless the predator had dozens of victims maybe with the combo of murder). 2 mins in and I see a problem. I would say for starters those rape laws need to be amended, idk why it's less for those under 18...theoretically speaking idk, I'll have to think about it more.

The whole "is X months too short/long a sentence" topic can be applied to anything criminal and can't really be debated unless you've gone hardcore into the academics behind legislation. But let's make sure not to equate pedophiles with molesters or rapists.
