Recommended non-fiction books

This is for recommending non-fiction books. Preferably only recommend books you've read.

Why I recommend it

Here's mine.

Title
Computer Networking: A top-down approach

Where to find
(Just google the name and add ".pdf" to your search.)

Why I recommend it
I had to read this book for a class I took. And while it was very long (It'd take 2-3+ hours to get through a chapter) and arduous it gives you an understanding of how the internet works that'll change your perception of things. The book should be read in order as it builds, and the author manages to convey 80-90% of the information in easy-to-understand ways. (There's some parts where it gets confusing though). It also gives lots of references to find more information on a lot of things it talks about.

@Biscotti I'm not sure. Was that book published as a download by the author for anyone to access? If not, the link would need to be removed.
